Mrs. Shakeeta Torres is a Wife, a Mother, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is the owner of EmPowered2Shift Counseling Services, a Virtual Christian Based Mental Health Organization located in Fayetteville, NC. She has been a Licensed Therapist since 2013 and a Social Worker since 2006. In addition, she is currently a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS), a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilator for Couples, and she has engaged in a variety of training since 2006 in the areas but not limited to Perinatal Mood Disorders, Trauma, Anxiety, Setting Healthy Boundaries, Depression, and Human Trafficking.

Mrs. Torres is the co-owner of R&S Coaching & Consulting Services Llc. where she serves as a Life Purpose Coach, Certified Coach Trainer, and Consultant. Her mission is to, EmPower Christian Leaders to UnPack Pain, Discover their Passions so they can Walk Boldly in their God-Given Purpose. She is passionate about the Body of Christ, Healing on Purpose! Mrs. Torres is very passionate about helping Christian Leaders to Heal on Purpose for their Purpose!
She is the creator and founder of EmPowered Purpose Academy (registered trademark), an Online academy that provides Christian Life Coaching Certification, Mentorship for Aspiring/Existing Christian Therapists, providing continued education courses and certifications, and Coaching Services to Christians who desire to build a relationship with God and grow spiritually all while understanding the God-Given Purpose.
Mrs. Torres is the Founder and President of Doing It for The Kingdom Inc., a 501C3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Its primary focus is to provide education to her community and surrounding areas about human trafficking and resources for survivors who are currently in the rehabilitation phase of their lives. She is also an Ambassador of Shared Hope, a nonprofit whose mission is to educate and provide preventative services related to minor trafficking.
